Cellfectin® II Reagent 是一种阳离子脂质体试剂，设计用于实现昆虫细胞的*转染 Cellfectin® II 在早期产品 Cellfectin® Reagent 的基础上有所改进。 在保持 Cellfectin® 优良性能的同时，Cellfectin® II 从制造过程中确保了批次间的一致性并提供更快的方案。 Cellfectin® II Reagent 可稳定高效地转染 Sf9、Sf21 细胞，使用 BaculoDirect™ 和 InsectSelect™ 表达系统时，还可转染 High Five™ 细胞。 Cellfectin® II Reagent 还可用于在含血清或无血清培养基中转染贴壁或悬浮哺乳动物细胞。
